This Privacy Policy explains how our automated booking assistant (the "Service") collects, uses, and protects information. The Service is operated on behalf of the businesses that use it ("Businesses") to respond to customer enquiries and manage bookings across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tyrique.io, the operator of the Service.

Information We Collect

When someone messages a Business to enquire about or book a session, the Service may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• The content of the messages sent (enquiry, booking preferences, and related details)
• The Instagram or WhatsApp account identifier, as provided by the messaging platform

We only collect information that is voluntarily provided in the course of enquiring about or booking a Business's services.

How We Use Information

We use the information to:

• Respond to enquiries and assist with booking a session
• Schedule appointments and send booking confirmations
• Prepare estimates and invoices for the services requested
• Contact the customer regarding their booking

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers that operate the Service's booking and messaging tools, solely to respond to and serve customers:

• Meta Platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp) — to send and receive messages
• Intuit QuickBooks — to prepare and record the estimates and invoices for the services booked. Records are created in the connected Business's own QuickBooks Online company.
• Scheduling providers — to reserve and manage appointments
• Cloud email and record-keeping services — to record and manage enquiries
• An AI language-model provider — to generate helpful replies to messages

These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

QuickBooks Data

The Service connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online to create estimates and invoices for the sessions booked with a Business. Access to QuickBooks is authorised by the Business through Intuit's secure OAuth 2.0 process, and access tokens are stored encrypted, isolated per Business. The information written to QuickBooks is limited to what is needed to bill for a session — typically the customer's name, contact details, and the service and price. We use this connection only to create and manage billing records in each Business's own QuickBooks company, and never to access unrelated QuickBooks data.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to serve an enquiry, complete a booking, and meet business and legal obligations. Deletion may be requested at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

Opting Out

A customer can stop receiving messages from the Service at any time by replying STOP. The conversation will be closed and automated messaging will cease.
